Emmaus couple looking to fill a part-time childcare provider/mother's helper position. We have a 20-month-old toddler and prefer someone with a background in early childhood development who is both energetic and reliable. The ideal candidate would have experience with toddlers, excellent communication skills, a passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, and be sensitive to our son's food allergies. We limit screen time and prefer story time, doing puzzles, coloring, and playing outside. Duties include feeding meals, tidying (sweeping after meals, putting books and toys away, etc.), reading, playing, changing diapers, and pitching in with household tasks when time allows. We would like someone to start with 2 shifts of 5 hours each per week, for a total of 10 hours, with potential for additional hours.
