My husband works a second shift job and currently is watching our youngest at home while I work from 6-2. We have a newborn coming in September. I am hoping to have someone come Monday-Friday for a few hours a day to help him with the kids so he can nap and catch up on sleep to take off some of the load from him as he doesn't get much sleep helping me at night. As of now our youngest has a speech delay but he loves watching dancing shows and playing and eats well.
