We are still trying to decide exactly what we need as far as days and times, but most importantly we're seeking a babysitter who loves the Lord and children! I own my own business and my husband is a pilot so our schedule isn't always consistent. We currently have two great babysitters who come twice a week, but are considering adding another an additional day. Additionally, I need extra help when my husband is away on trips, both daytime and evening. My oldest is in school three days, so I mostly need an extra hand with my daughter during the day.
