Babysitter/Nanny Help Needed For A Work From Home Mama.

Hi everyone! I am looking for help Mon-Thurs. I have a 10-week-old baby, who will be 4 months old when I return to work. We have a 2-year-old, he is very independent, so I do not really need help with him as I will be taking breaks from work where I can. I am looking for someone who is okay with us working more as a team but taking the reins with the baby, i. e bottle feedings, diapers, naps, cleaning bottles, age-appropriate play (I. e tummy time etc), light laundry (baby laundry). We are pretty easy going as are our boys. Ideally, we would like someone to love our boys as their own. Must have reliable transportation. We would also like availability for an occasional date night. My husband works overseas, so it is just me and the boys while he is gone until January. We also have a cat!
