Part Time Nanny For Newborn Twin Girls

My wife and I welcomed newborn twin girls into our lives in October! To say it has been a challenge is an understatement. While we wished we hired help sooner, we are hoping to find someone who is available part time to help share some of the workload of twins. Mom and dad will both remain very involved, but an extra set of hands will help us keep things running more smoothly as we both return to work soon. We are flexible as to the schedule for the right candidate. We're looking for someone who has patience, hopefully plenty of experience (even better if with twins) and is up to date on clearances and vaccinations. We have a cat and a dog, a German shepherd mix who is sweet, but we limit her interactions with the girls. Help with the pets would be considered a bonus, but the right candidate should be comfortable with their presence.
