Looking into taking my children out of daycare and hiring a nanny/ sitter for 2 days a week. Not sure at the moment which 2 days of the week we'll need covered. Other 3 days will be covered by grandparents. My wife and I both work from home so will also be able to help when/ if we have downtime throughout the day. Kids love playing outside - we have a fenced in backyard with a playground and outside toys. Ideal Day for my 3 & 2-year-old - Breakfast around 8:30 - Activities or playtime from around 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Lunch around 11:30 a.m. - Go down for nap around 12:00 - Up from nap depends on when they wake up (3:00-3:30pm) - Snack after nap - Playtime from until 4:00 p.m. (end of shift) Ideal day for newborn - hopefully multiple naps through the day - My wife will have regular break from work for feeding.
