Full-Time, Long-Term Nanny Needed For 7 Month Old Girl In Devon

We are looking for a full-time nanny (M-F, ideally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. but 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. workable) for our generally cheerful 7-month-old daughter in Devon, PA, with a flexible start date. The intention would be for this to be a long-term (1. 5+ yr) position. We are looking for someone with extensive infant experience (with references) and an infant CPR training who enjoys being around dogs. Our daughter sleeps independently, and no housework is required beyond putting things away after use. We have two dogs, who would not be your responsibility but are obsessed with their sister (and attention/pets/thrown food) and prone to shadowing anyone in the house. Mom works from home and would be accessible but not hovering.
