Nanny For 1.5 (1 Full Day And 1 Half Day) Children In Devon

My wife and I are in search of a full time nanny in Devon, PA, primarily for our 1. 5-year-old daughter. Our 3-year-old son is also in half day pre-k and will need childcare only in the afternoon and only until January when he transitions to full day pre-k. My wife works from home five days per week and I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, so we're around to help with and interact with the kids. Our full family consists of three children (5yr old son, 3yr old son, 1. 5yr old daughter) and a well trained, 10-year-old yellow lab. Our 5yr old son is half day kindergarten on Monday/Friday but is self sufficient and does not require childcare on those since both my wife and I work from home on Monday/Friday as well. While not required, light house work is appreciated. We are interested in a set schedule, M-F 8:30AM-4 p.m.
