Honestly, the kids just need a responsible adult to monitor free play. There is another adult home throughout the day who will provide meals and other care. There are times that a second set of eyes/ hands are needed. I would really appreciate someone who isn't on their phone constantly. We have a small farm with chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats and horses. Anyone allergic to these things should not apply. Do not expect any housework, just clean up after yourself. I do the floors etc.
