My husband and I are looking for a sitter for our 1-year-old so we can go out for an occasional date night. He just turned 1 and needs corralled or pulled away from things from time to time We try to keep our him in the living room for play because it is baby-proofed and has his toys and tv for adults + a padded rug. Currently my mother lives with us but is unable to care for him. So she would most likely be in our home with her golden retriever but out of the way. We also have a cat that mostly stays in our bedroom due to dog that is living with us short term.
