Need A Reliable & Consistent Baby Sitter For Our 4year Old Daughter

My wife and I haven't been able to go out much and would like too. We dont have family near by and our looking for someone to watch our sweet little 4-year-old daughter. We are looking for someone she can become comfortable with as she does get very nervous and shy around new people. However, once she's comfortable she becomes all about that person and they are her new best friend. She is a very sweet girl who is well behaved and loves dress up, arts and crafts, anything shows, playing games like bingo and hide and seek. We do have 2 dogs and 3 cats so, someone comfortable with animals is a huge plus. We are very flexible with times and dates, our main concern is finding someone that will bond with her and be available when we'd like to get out for a bit. Mostly on a weekend afternoon/early evening.
