Friday Nanny For 3-month Old

We are looking for an experienced caregiver to care for my 3-month-old son on Fridays while my husband and I work from home. Hours are flexible since we will be home. Looking for someone who can execute his nap schedule based on wake windows and his independent sleep training program. Some light housework would be helpful, such as cleaning and preparing milk bottles. We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree.
