I am looking for an experienced caregiver for my homeschooled 8-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum with a demand avoidant profile. The role will include assisting with his education via a child-led learning approach. The ideal candidate will be kind, curious, empathetic, patient, collaborative, compassionate, and have a love for kids and watching them grow. Experience with autism/pathological demand avoidance and childhood education a big plus.
