Here's what were looking for: Someone who can effortlessly manage the needs of all 3 children simultaneously, keeping everyone engaged, safe, &happy. Create a stimulating environment where curiosity is encouraged, good manners are nurtured, &learning is a daily adventure! Prepare lunches & snacks, tidy up after meals &play, and keep the household running smoothly during childcare hours. Required: Previous experience managing multiple children (&thriving in the joyful chaos!) Certified in First Aid & CPR Reliable transportation Excellent references Positive attitude, strong communication skills, & endless patience.
