Starting mid-January! Our ideal match will meet the following for our 3 children (5yo, 3yo, 1yo)... Create stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment. Supervise all activities (indoors and out). Encourage good social manners & values. Plan and lead educational activities (reading, writing, etc.). Prepare lunch and snacks. Perform housework tasks related to child care (cleaning up after meals/snacks, tidying play areas, etc.) Place 1yo down for naps and change diapers (only 1yo in diapers). Prerequisites... Prior experience with multiple children. First Aid and CPR certification. Excellent references and background check. Reliable transportation (fits 3 car seats). Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
