Hiring Family Assistant In Chester Springs

Family of 5, new to the area. We have 3 kids, ages 2, 6 and 8. We also own two businesses and work two day jobs. We are looking for someone to help with tasks that will vary all the time. Our 2-year-old will be home often and need care which is why I'm posting it as a nanny role. But he goes down for a 3 hour nap around 11, and travels with us often, so his care is not the primary duties everyday. We have a housekeeping service weekly but need help with daily chores, dishes, throwing a load of laundry in, picking up an order, or running to get fruit/milk. If we are all traveling you would come by, take care of the house, feed our cat, take care of business needs etc. We also will have post office runs for our businesses, or other tasks related to our work. Hiring a paid W2 employee of our business, not a household employee.
