About the job
We are looking for someone who is patient and able to manage our 3 young boys. They should be able to help them work through the big emotions they have while still implementing structure. We would love for them to be active outside and inside and help them grow and learn. Our values include being loving and caring yet stern when enforcing rules. Respectful, honest, and able to openly communicate with us and our kids. Transportation to afterschool activities is needed some days. Must have current clearances and clean background check and driving record. The kids love music, arts and crafts, pretend play, being outside, and reading. Our kids may need help with emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, and some early school learning. We have a lazy lovable 6-year-old pit/lab who is very gentle.
