Daytime Babysitter Needed For 6-month Old

We need a morning and afternoon babysitter during the week for our 6-month-old daughter. We also have two small dogs that require minimal attention (i. e. letting outside). Mother works from home and will be able to assist with tasks as needed during breaks. We are looking for someone to start shadowing in the beginning to mid December and to officially start after the new year.
