House Manager/Childcare Provider For Busy Family With Two Older Kids (9 & 12) And Two Dogs

We are a busy family with children, ages 9. 5 (daughter) and 12. 5 (son), and two labrador dogs. Mom and dad both work full time in demanding jobs and kids are involved in many athletics. We are looking for a part-time employee to supervise children after school, take to activities, encourage and provide guidance on kids chores and responsibilities, and help manage our home. House management responsibilities would include keeping house tidy, daily light cleaning like vacuuming and dishes, feeding kids prior to activities, partial children's laundry, putting away grocery deliveries and occasional errands. Required attributes include kindness, sense of humor, mentor-like approach to care, reliability, and experience with children of similar ages and related life skills for house manager responsibilities.
