There are no specific requirements for the children other than the oldest can not have dairy products. Typically I have to leave the house at 6:30 a.m. while the children are asleep. They generally get up around 8:00 a.m. Feed them breakfast and clean up after the meal. Let them play until lunch. They prefer to play outside (swingset, trampoline, yard toys, etc..) Feed them lunch and cleanup. The youngest will go down for a nap (approximately 2-3 hours) around 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. Oldest has to be driven and picked up from preschool on Mon, Wed, Fri. (9 a.m. drop and 1 p.m. pickup). They love to play outdoors and like building blocks. The difficult part of this role is that my wife is a nurse, so the days in which you are needed are usually different each week. We would ususally need care once or twice per week (6:30 a.m. to 3:30pm)
