Nanny For Hire Starting Late August

Hi! We are looking for a full time nanny for our ~4month old son starting in late August. He is a smiley boy with an older brother who is 3 and attends daycare. We also have a very friendly dog at home. Our ideal caregiver is someone who loves children, is flexible, has experience with young infants, and ideally baby led weaning / transition to solids. We would love to hear from you! We lean towards gentle parenting and Montessori play in our household. We value trust/honesty, kindness/compassion, and respecting others from all walks of life. We hope to teach our children to be the salt and light of this world.
