I work from home full time with my toddler but need assistance with watching him while my husband works as well. My 2-year-old is easy going and goes down for a 2 hour nap around noon each day. He is just two and is highly inquisitive. He is a late talker too so anyone who is skilled with children with speech delays is an extra plus.
