Babysitting While Mom/dad Work From Home

We are looking for someone to keep an eye on our little one (currently 3 months old) while both or at least one parent is present and working from home. This would vary on days needed during the week, but would typically be needed on Tues and Wed with an occasional Thursday just during the typical work day. We do have one cat, however, he typically stays out of the way.
