Ideal day: Start at 9am, play with 20-month-old or organise activities in the morning including outdoors time. Lunch at 11:30am, reading etc until nap time at 1 p.m. Then afternoon activity/outdoors, then snack time at 4 p.m. and parents are home at 5pm
