Mother's Helper For 2 Children Under 3 For Bedtime Assistance

I am seeking a babysitter to serve as a mother's helper (I will be here the whole time) to assist me with bedtime for my two toddlers (2. 5 and 1 yo). My husband works evenings and I am looking for someone who can help with bathing, entertain one while I put the other to bed, help with PJs, and some assistance cleaning the kitchen. We have a high energy but well trained 45lb dog, must be comfortable around animals. Looking for someone who can be somewhat regular/consistent but can also be flexible when you need it. This is a great job for someone who may need some additional experience or an easy couple hours between homework. We're located in Upper Macungie.
