Part-time Nanny For 2 Kids And A Loveable Dog

We're looking for a part-time nanny to come on Thursdays and Fridays and are flexible about hours those days. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can commit to the job for the next 3-4 years. We have two magnificent toddlers, 2 and 4, and a really sweet chocolate lab . We live in a walkable area and have tons of great activities for the kids at home, although we'd love someone who's willing to take the kids on adventures. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can support our attachment based parenting approach and will treat our children with respect and love. I have experience nannying myself and make a real effort to create a great work environment. Additional expectations: - put the kids first - light kids laundry and cleaning up after toys/activities - keeping track of job admin (pay and schedule) Thank you
