We are looking to hire an aid for our son who is a kindergartener at a small private school in West Linn. He will benefit from 1:1 assistance in making kindergarten successful. He has ADHD, and is a loving, funny, guy. You will work with us and the teacher to develop a daily schedule/behavior plan and help implement it. Duties may include facilitating breaks throughout the day, redirection, and assisting to complete regular assigned class work. You will be an added support to the teacher. Backgrounds in education (including preschool) and/or special needs would be beneficial and preferred.
