About Us: Were a warm, energetic family of four in Oregon, seeking a dedicated nanny to care for our two children: an active 2-year-old and a newborn. We value a nurturing, screen-free environment with structure, creativity, and outdoor play. The nannys main focus will be on our toddler, with occasional help needed for the newborn. Responsibilities: Engage in screen-free, age-appropriate activities Prioritize outdoor play in all-weather Light meal prep and help with childrens laundry Keep a safe, clean space Avoid personal phone use on the job Comfortable with a nanny cam in the living room Be at ease with parents sometimes being home Occasional free cookies (we own a cookie shop!)
