Babysitter Needed In Springfield! (part-time)

I did have a post up but took it down since times I would need care have changed. We are new to the area of Springfield, I am starting a new job and will have a more set schedule by the 22nd! We are on the waitlist for ERDC but know that could take at least a year so I am trying to find something affordable till then. I would ask for any applicant to be interested in engaging in different learning activities and outdoor play. Also have prior experience and references. I am needing someone experienced that can work about 20 hours a week Monday-Wednesday keeping up with my little guy until we can get set up with ERDC. Please reach out with any questions, thank you! My son is nothing but boy, very fun, loving 2-year-old. He is energetic has quite the imagination and is always looking for adventure. My son needs someone to interact with him in a way that engages him to learn. He can have a lot of energy and has to work on finding healthy ways to express himself. Has a love for dinosaurs, all types of vehicles, sharks, music and movies. My son was in an at home daycare for 2 years and thrived. He likes to be independent most of the time but does good with others and asking for help. He is a pretty easy kid and will kind of tell you what he wants or direct you to understand, he has good manners but we are working on his speech. He is not potty trained but has went back and forth with it a bit. All around he's a pretty good kid, we did just have a big move so it's been an adjustment but I think he has been doing pretty well with it. We would love to meet anyone interested! (We have 1 small cat, she is very shy yet sweet. She is a bit scared of my son, she wasn't able to live with us in our last place so they are newly living together and adjusting.)
