Recurring Sitter For Toddlers

Hello, my husband and I are looking for someone to help care for our two toddler boys, ages 2 and 3. We'd like to find someone who will engage in play and activities with them, while also making sure they are fed and following their routines. We also have two elderly dogs. As for the schedule, unfortunately my employer is in the process of negotiating my work schedule with our union. My current schedule is only posted through 1/3, so we're only confident on needing care for 1/2 and 1/3 from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. So I'm unsure of what days or times we'd need help with until after it's finalized, as we do have some help from family and another sitter. However, we'd also like to find another individual our children are comfortable with for occasional care as well, such as dates or appointments.
