Reoccurring Nanny That Can Pick My Son Up From School And Hang Out With Him Until I'm Off Work At 4

I need a reliable babysitter/nanny that is comfortable picking my son up from school and taking him home, and hanging out/helping with homework/playing until 4 p.m. when I'm off work. I need you to hang out for only 2 hours and afternoon/evening from Tuesday - Friday. This is has been near impossible to find someone to actually stay and do this, but my job depends on me to stay until 4, and he cannot stay at the after school program. My son is super sweet, and gets along with everyone. We also have a husky mix who is also sweet and loves people. I'm willing to pay you $40 an hour since it's a weird time slot. P We just love an amazing sitter due to the distance.
