Nanny For Almost-3-yo In West Salem

We are a queer family (2 moms) looking for a part-time nanny who will be a creative, kind and positive addition our toddler's life. Our ideal nanny would love nature exploration, reading, imaginary play and art... and would also be the sturdy leader our girl needs while we're at work (clear, caring communication and boundaries). We're looking for a self-starter who can make healthy meals for the LO, drive her to activities like swimming and park outings, and do light cleaning/tidying. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so loving animals is a plus. We can't wait to meet you!
