You shared your job I am looking for care for my 7-year-old, autistic son. I'm looking for additional reliable, responsible resources to help fill the gaps in my current care schedule. My son is very physically capable, and experiences little to no physical limitations. We may be a little slow to dress still and need help tying our shoes, but no more so than any other 7-year-old. He is still a very happy little man of few words, and often needs a little more help with direction and extra pointers and hints to help him help himself (get the spoon from that drawer and pointing to it, get the syrup from the fridge and pointing to it, etc.) My goals for him are independence, so I'm looking for someone to promote that. Needing potential after school, weekend, and upcoming overnight (possibly 2 nights per week). Pay to be discussed.
