Our child will be about 3 months old as both parents go back to work. Tuesdays we are both in office, with other days still requiring help during remote work hours. Current care plan is focused on consistent wake hours, feeds, changes, and prep for night time. Long-term we may look for a nanny or daycare to assist day-to-day during the same hours with structured activities and skills building.
