Seeking a part-time/full-time nanny (PSW/disability pay eligible for full time) to support our amazing 3-year-old son with autism. The Dude: He's nonverbal but growing his speech skills every day! Shy and slow to warm up. He loves music, sensory play, being outside, spinning toys, chalk, water play, and pretend food. Goals: Reducing screen time, building routines, expanding his ARFID-limited diet, encouraging imaginative play, growing confidence, fostering communication. Home Duties: Light tidying play areas & rinsing his dishes. Anything extra is much appreciated but not expected! The Fam: Casual, laid back, Pagan. Mom is a birth worker/photog, Dad is in QA. Sister is 7, doesn't need care but loves to be included when not in school. We value authenticity, human rights, creativity, honesty. We curse and like weird music.
