Our daughter is 3 months old. Her hobbies are napping and drinking milk, and she's a good sleeper. We are looking for help 2 days a week, but are also somewhat flexible. I'm on intermittent paternity leave, so I'm mostly caring for her during the day, but I do have to work remotely 1-3 days per week (it's variable week-to-week, but it's all calendared out through July).
