Nanny Needed For My Children In Portland.

I will be having twins in August, so I am interested in finding a nanny during the week days after the first several months (January) when family and friends are exhausted. I do work from home so I would be easily available but have a separate office. I do have two elderly English bull terriers that are in the house. They are sweet and love to just sleep and hang out. I have a small house but a big front patio and a large backyard. My washer and dryer is in the finished basement, so there is one set of steep stairs to go down in order to do any laundry.
