About the job
We are looking for a warm, attentive nanny to care for our baby in our home in NE Sabin while both parents WFH. Must have experience with infant care. Familiarity with attachment parenting principles is a bonus. Comfortable with a baby-led approach and open to contact naps if needed, but we are more than happy for you to try what works well for you to settle baby in her crib (outside of any CIO/FIO methods). Breaks will be provided if crib napping is not achieved. Mom will breastfeed when available and provide pumped milk when not. Light baby-related housekeeping will be expected. Comfort with dogs is key as we have a small dog who will want to be your best friend but will not be your responsibility to care for. Must be up-to-date on vaccinations (including flu & COVID).
