Part-time Nanny Needed For 8 Month Old

A family in Forest Heights is looking for an experienced, attentive and engaging nanny for their 8 mo old, S. They need morning coverage, M-F for 3-5 hours/day. The parents both work from home and are flexibly available throughout the time of care. The family had a great experience working with a nanny for the past months, but sadly she is moving, so they are hoping to find another great fit. S is a fun baby who is full of personality. She can have apprehension getting comfortable with new adults and there was an adjustment period with her first nanny. The parents approach that transition gently and are understanding and supportive during onboarding as trust is built. In choosing someone for this role, they will want to have conversations with 2 recent references. Ideally, at least 1 would be from working with the 6-12 mo age range.
