Caring Nanny Needed For Our Baby Girl In Portland

We are looking for a potential nanny for our daughter, who was born in December 2024. We are first time parents, and while I have cherished the time with her on maternity leave, it is sadly coming to an end soon. My husband and I both work from home so would be in the house for any urgent questions/emergencies, but need someone who can watch our daughter full time while we work. We are looking for someone caring, attentive and adaptive to the ever-changing needs and routines of an infant - and her parents, who are still learning! We also have 2 large (50-60 lb) dogs. Both are very sweet, but we definitely need someone who is comfortable with being around dogs. Currently not looking for house manager duties, but this could be added later. Would also be interested in additional date night babysitting approximately twice/month.
