DSP/Nanny Needed For 9 Year Old Girl

I'm looking for a DSP (Direct Support Professional) for my 9-year-old daughter that will support her on a consistent basis. Hours will be flexible, but will be Monday-Thursday starting at 2:30 p.m. Some nights and weekends would be great as well! Transportation will be required at times. H is very creative, empathetic towards others and animals. She is funny and artistic (likes to color, paint, draw, build). She is very persistent and a hard worker. She really wants to do well and behave well and tries very hard. She is very athletic and active - would love someone who can do a range of activities together! H has some behavioral needs, but they are mostly managed through kind, soft and consistent rules and support. Pay will be through a DSP agency (many available).
