About the job
Our 5-year-old is a joyful & intelligent. No screen time so he loves to listen to podcasts & music. You should have at least 5 years of experience w/ children 3-7 (and no, babysitting does not count). You should be able to do exercise and want to explain the why behind things. We have a ton of fun with him but also talk to him like an adult and so should you. Bonus is if you are proficient in Spanish. He goes to pre-k 2 days a week so you'd do drop off & pick up & then taking him to taekwondo. The other 3 days it would be trips to a playground or a bunch of other fun places. Given that wed pay you for the 5 hours he'd be at school, wed expect you to do some light housekeeping (eg washing dishes, putting his clothes in the washing machine etc). No smokers or anyone with rabbit allergies.
