Both kids attend school and can be picked up as late as 5:30 p.m. I am a single mom (75% time in divorce) and will need more flexibility as my career picks back up. This will look like potential pick-up from daycare and starting dinner/nighttime routine. I would also love flexibility to schedule in social engagements (with advanced notice), and may need occasional overnights for work trips (again with advanced notice). The kids are best friends and love using their imaginations to make up games to play together. They are obsessed with cars and monster trucks (and racing them), pretending to be super heroes, etc.
