Looking For Nanny For 7 Months Old In SE Portland Starting March 2025 (ideally Nanny Share)

We are looking for a nanny for our son starting in March 2025. L will be 7 months in March and we are looking for 25-30 hours of care per week (5 hours per day, Mon Fri). We also have another family with twins - who will be 6 months in March - interested in a nanny share, so would love to find somebody who is open to that ($15-16 per hour per child). We would like to find somebody who doesn't smoke and who is CPR certified and ideally has their own car, so they can take L (and other babies) out for activities. L loves moving, reading books and lots of interaction. We are excited for somebody who embraces child-led learning, discovering things through play and spending time outside. We don't allow screen time. We both currently work from home and at least one of us will be working from home in March.
