I would like some stability (routine) to the days that I am working: for example outside time (weather permitting), reading time, homeschool/kumon work, helping kids to clean up after play/crafts, etc. Also, helping the kids navigate big feelings or disagreements when they occur. We are a Christian family and strive to bring our Faith into our daily lives; for example, prayers before meals, reading bible stories, living and becoming more virtuous in our actions, behaviors, interactions, and so on.
