Long-term Nanny Needed For 15 Mo Old In NE Portland

We are looking for an experienced nanny to help with our 15-month-old son. Around 3 days per week starting February 1. I work from home as a freelance graphic designer, so I can be very flexible with the days / times, we just roughly 24 hours in the week. My husband works an 8-5 outside the home. We would love for our nanny to be open to us adding a similarly aged child to create a nanny share at some point. We love being outdoors, hiking, camping, mountain biking, kayaking, and also art, cooking, reading dusty old literature, traveling the world, and (attempting) to garden!
