We are expecting in late February. We should have coverage for the first 5-6 months but will be looking to childcare options. One of us works from home Monday-Friday and the other works five days a week with either Monday or Friday off. We will be looking for help four days a week with hours varying. Some days could be 8am-3 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
