We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Portland. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car. I would need someone who could be at the house at 4am, get the kids up for school and feed them breakfast, then drop them off at school. I am usually back home in NE Portland by 9 a.m. when I do this.
