About the job
Looking for a part-time caregiver for our imaginative, energetic, creative 7-year-old girl, with Autism and ADHD up to 22 hrs/week after school/weekends. This is a W2 position with an hourly wage of $24/hour; payment provided through an agency funded by County IDD service. Parents are generally home while you work; The goal is to provide 1:1 play/fun, so we can do the boring house/work stuff! Home-cooked dinner provided each night. Physical activity and driving required (mileage reimbursed) as kiddo enjoys swimming, hiking, biking, bouldering, soccer, and horseback riding. If you enjoy make-believe, music, physical activity, arts/crafts, & baking/cooking please apply! Experience with Waldorf teaching methodology a plus! Happy to connect you with past caregivers to learn more about our family and general day to day activities.
