Part-Time Nanny For 1 Year Old

Hello! I am looking to hire a nanny to help give care to my young toddler son. He is 1-year-old, smart, intuitive, loving, gentle and adorable. He is the most important piece of my life. I am hoping to hire someone who has the experience, time, affection and incredible care that my son deserves. I look forward to finding the perfect person to care for and grow with my son. I require a nanny early in the morning due to the hours I normally work. I am a visual artist that works early morning shifts for a news station in the city. I also work for multiple sports productions that vary in time and day so I may need multiple caregivers or someone who also has free time during evening hours. I currently share custody and parenting time of my son, having him for 3 days out of the week. However, both custody and parenting time orders are temporary and subject to change soon. I am hoping to hire someone at the beginning of January 2025. I am hoping to hire someone with a decent amount of experience with infants and young children. I want to hire someone that has an open heart and a spirit of love and affection. I want to hire someone who understands the importance of childhood development. I provide all the books, toys, toiletries, etc needed for my son and I want to hire someone who knows how to effectively and passionately engage my son with these items. I want to hire someone that I get along with as well due to the fact that we will be sharing a living space. I look forward to hearing from you if you believe you are the person me and my son need!
